HOW THE ADA WORKS FOR EVERYONE
We will be talking about how the lives of people, with and without disabilities, have changed in the past 24 years since the Americans with Disabilities Act was passed. We will focus on the history, changes in attitude, people with disabilities as participants in society, aging in place and universal design, and we will wrap it up with silly things that have happened to us relating to our disabilities. Lunch, too, of course!
