TOWN HALL (FREE) LUNCHEON MEETING
“TALK TO ME, DOCTOR, NOT ABOUT ME”
NWGA Center for Independent Living will be hosting a Town Hall luncheon meeting on the subject of how to communicate with your health care providers about your medical and accommodation needs.
A panel of people who have different types of disabilities will share their stories and answer your questions. Please send any questions for our panel in advance to our center via one of the methods listed below. There will also be an opportunity to write in questions at the beginning of the session, or to ask them during the meeting.
If you cannot attend, we have set up live streaming via FreeConferenceCall’s services. There is no charge to attend via web, however spaces are limited.
Please RSVP to Jill Baldwin at firstname.lastname@example.org or 706.314.0008 x112 to receive further instructions. (Sorry, we can’t send lunch over the web!)
